Smashbud offers refunds under the following conditions: • Within 14 days of purchase • For unused subscription periods • For technical issues preventing service use • For billing errors or unauthorized charges Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: • Used or partially used subscription periods • Promotional or discounted purchases • Virtual items or credits already consumed • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
